Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Payrate: $20/hr

Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Electromechanical Assembler with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to join our production team in Santa Ana. This role involves assembling and wiring mechanical and electrical components, working from technical drawings, and ensuring products are built to the highest quality standards. You'll be part of a team supporting high-mix, low-volume production in a clean and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly using hand tools and fixtures.
• Route and install wiring and harnesses according to schematics and layouts.
• Read and interpret 2D/3D assembly drawings and technical documentation.
• Package finished assemblies in accordance with shipping requirements.
• Conduct basic inspection and quality checks throughout the build process.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the work area.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in electromechanical assembly.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Comfortable using power tools, torque drivers, crimpers, and measuring tools.
• Basic math skills required for measurements and part verification.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
